Agents deserve the same context as people
An agent that reads a different copy of the truth than its colleague is a liability. Every agent should read what the person it works for may read, and nothing more.
People stay in the loop
Agents propose, people approve. Every change has a name on it and a version behind it. That is how trust in agents is earned, one reviewed edit at a time.
A company brain is not a bigger search box. It is the set of things a company has agreed on, kept by people, read by everyone, including the agents.
